Synopsis Bozorgmehr is a poor gypsy cab driver in Tehran, whose overriding ambition is to meet and sing with his pop idol, Aref, a famous pre-revolution Iranian singer. Realising the sheer impossibility of this dream, Bozorgmehr whiles away his days warbling Aref songs to his passengers, to varying degrees of appreciation. But one day, when director Nader Davoodi happens to take a ride in Bozorgmehr's cab, he finds himself intrigued by the driver's dream and decides to try and help him realize it - naturally, filming the entire adventure. Together they travel to Dubai, where Bozorgmehr has three days to materialize his dream. But, adrift in he city where anything seems possible, will our star-struck hero fulfil his fantasy of meeting Aref? Or will he return to Tehran with little more than a souvenir fridge magnet and a broken heart? | ||
