Synopsis A delicately strange animation from South Korea that incorporates social comment, emotional resonance and magical fantasy, 'The Story Of Mr Sorry' is based on a novella by Lee Jeok, and features six directors. Mr Sorry, a loner since childhood, works as an earwax cleaner with an entertainingly diverse clientele. Everyone from local gangsters to prominent businessmen make Mr Sorry their first choice when it comes to earwax-removal solutions and our despondent hero is making good. One day, a fortune teller comes to the shop and professes herself supremely pleased by Mr Sorry's ministrations. As an unexpected result of this endorsement, Mr Sorry finds himself shrinking… and shrinking… and shrinking… until he is small enough to climb into his customers' earholes. Clean as their inner canals may now be, whatever will happen to Mr Sorry - now that he can see his clients' innermost thoughts? | ||
