James Leong has spent the last decade telling stories across Asia. PASSABE, his first documentary, was picked for a grant from the Sundance Institute Documentary Fund. It was acquired by ARTE and screened at film festivals across the world. It was banned in Indonesia for two consecutive editions of the Jakarta Int'l Film Festival. Leong also directed HOMELESS FC (2006) and AKI RA’S BOYS (2007). He has extensive TV experience, having produced and directed numerous television documentaries.
