Synopsis
The biggest box-office hit in Korean history, The Thieves is an action-packed heist film in which Popeye and his band of thieves go to Macao on a job. It turns out that the mastermind behind this job is none other than Popeye’s old partner Macao Park, who escaped with 68kg of gold on their last job together. The plan takes an unexpected turn when Popeye reintroduces Pepsi, an old flame of Macao Park, to settle the old score. Their target in Macao is a $20 million diamond safely hidden in a casino. While working together to steal this fabled diamond, they all have their own agenda to escape with it for themselves. Who will succeed and live to see another day?
